Your case may not be fully charged. I can get about 4 to 6 hours on bass boost mode. When you insert your earbuds in the case, the light on the buds will turn blue.You will also notice that when you close the lid, 2 lights will be blinking blue on the outside of the case. This lets you know the buds are charging.

Speaking of which, make sure you match L to L, and R to Right everytime, also make sure case is charged up. Lights on case will have 3 solid white across. Lastly place buds in ears, and listen for the buds to say 100% charged. Hope all the jibber makes since, enjoy and love music...
