Yes; there is a button on the side if the ear piece for going on and off of mute.

Hi, to activate the mute button you would simply press the Jlab icon on the side of the headphone where the boom mic appears. Once it is activated you will see a red led light appear to indicate the call is muted. Depress the same button to turn off the mute. See the link below to refer to our diagram.
