“My JLab neon headphones won’t respond. They were fully charged when they stopped responding. They are still on but won’t turn off, pair, or make any noise. I’ve only had them for a week. Is there any way to fix this?”

When you get a chance, please reach out to us either via email [email protected] or shoot us a call at 405.445.7219 Monday-Thursday between 8am-5pm p.t Friday 8am-3pm p.t so that we may get the headphones replaced for you under warranty.
