Hello! It's charging cord can be plugged into any 5v 1a USB port. You can also plug it into your phone's charger adapter.

If it wasn't in the package, go back to the store, and explain that the adapter wasn't in the box, and you should have no problem exchanging them. If they put the wrong adapter in the box when they were packaged, tell Best Buy you would like to exchange them.
