I believe so. It does open up i have a galaxy s10 edge and it fits with some room.

I have the Note 9 and an Otter Box case on it and have no issue whatsoever. The Note 9 measures 6.37 inches long with a 6.4-inch display. The 5.9-inch-long Note 10 is considerably smaller with a 5.9-inch screen. You should have no issues.
