Does it hold a Canon REBEL SL3? null

Should definitely hold it. I use it for a Canon EOS RP and I have a fairly heavy lens on it, never had any concerns.

The '3k' in the product name is also the weight rating of the GorillaPod - 3 kilograms. So it will hold camera/lens combos up to about 6.5 pounds, plenty for a Rebel SL3 (camera body weight ~1lbs).
