Will it fit 4 year kid ear . null

I'm 60 and I can't keep them in my ears. I've tried all three attachments that come in the box and none of them fit in my ears properly. Granted I've got small ears, but my last ear buds stayed in no problem for hours, these fall out as soon as my head moves and I'm constantly having to find where they've fallen and replace them. I'm putting them away and going back to my old pair.
