We had the same problem. I initially thought it was just the pair we bought, but apparently it happens a lot. We opted to go with a different brand after the several issues we had upon purchase.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This should definitely work especially if your headset work on any other device. Try your phone just to make sure there isn't an issue Bluetooth. I would also recommend to delete from iPad if its listed under Bluetooth connections and starting new.
