• Yes. Unless you are running for your life through a jungle, these should do.

• THey stay in the ear really well. No problems slipping when working out. I used them to workout everday and do chores in and outside the house. They are very comfortable.

• Yes, they stay in place no mater how much you sweat. I have never had to re-adjust them once I put them on. I highly recommend them.
