This is not a Plex server. Kaleidescape is a company that has contracts with all of the Hollywood studios. You purchase the movies from their store and download them to their media servers. They are uncompressed 10-bit 4:4:4 versions of the movies directly from the studios. The movies are sometimes better than 4K Bluray releases, but they are often the same as the Bluray releases. So, you get a full-quality copy of the movie that is many many times better than what you get from streaming services. A movie is often 60+ GB per title. It's for people who want the best quality playback with the convenience of a streaming service. It was designed for extremely high-end home theater, marine, and private airplane applications. You can connect several players to this one media server. A full package preloaded with all available 4K movies, two 96TB Terra servers, and a Strato C player will run you about $96,000.00. It's a good price for the right person. Hope this answers your question, even if it was rhetorical. lol
