Yes, it shows the lyrics on the machine if you use a karaoke CD - we used the ones it came with, and they show, however, don't know about other CD's - I would think it should. Yes, it uses Karaoke CD's. And yes, it has two plugs and comes with two microphones.

Yes, the GF844 will play formats: CD, CDG, DVD, MP3, MP3G. Lyrics are displayed on screen when playing CDG and MP3G formats. It comes with, and will accommodate, 2 microphones.
