“What is so special about these Bookshelf speakers that they cost $2,799.00 dollars? I have never heard them but this a lot of money for 2 little speakers. I’m hoping to get a few answers as to why I should buy these!!!”

They are not small and are quite heavy. But I do agree they are expensive and can be buggy at times. But the sound quality is amazing!

It depends what your needs are whether they're worth it, though. The LS50W2 is made with audiophiles and certain use cases in mind, and if you're less picky about sound quality or have a setup they're not suited for, you'll find better value elsewhere.
