Average brew temp in my K250 Plus is 178-181 Fahrenheit. Piping hot!!!

Hello CoffeeLover and thank you for your question. Our brewing systems are designed to brew a K-Cup at 192 degrees F and a Vue Cup or K-Carafe packs at 197 degree F. We hope this information is helpful
