“I have this coffee maker. The only light that comes on is the on/off button. I can press the buttons, but nothing comes out. They are not lit up at all.”

• You have to push the power button first. Wait about a minute or two for the unit to warm the water. When ready, it will flash the Coffee Latte & Capp button, & strong button. Select one, then the size of the cup buttons will flash, select one and then press the "K" button in the middle to start brewing.
