• This machine has NO water filter. You need to use clean water. And once a week remove the container on the side that hold the water, wash with mild soap and warm water

• The reservoir has a fitting on the bottom inside that will fit a twist on charcoal filter. It used to come with the older models. But you know how they like to cut costs and still raise the price, so no longer included. Maybe you could find one on Ebay or order from Keurig.
