There must be grounds around the needle! Watch Youtube Video on how to carefully clean your Keurig Machine! Be careful, the needle that punctures the KCups will bite! Always unplug your machine when cleaning the area that the Kcups go!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you are talking about the my K cup where you add your own coffee, it should snap in. Make sure the lid is screwed on all the way. If you are talking about the pre filled pods, if it is an off brand, I have had trouble with a couple types but for the most part when the lid is brought down it should snap the kcup in place. don't take out pod and reinsert it multiple times or grounds can come out.
