Contact Keurig directly. If your machine is out of Best Buy' s warranty, odds are they'll take care of you. Every experience I or a family member has had with them has been great.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to push the flashing buttons for the size cup of coffee that you want. Have you done that? If so, there must be something wrong with your brewer. Mine works just fine.
