No, the heating plate turns on after carafe brewing completes and automatically shuts off after 2 hours - this interval isn't adjustable. You can toggle the heating plate on and off by pressing and holding the carafe icon button for 3 to 5 seconds.

To manually turn it on or off, simply press and hold the carafe button for 3 seconds. When you turn it back on manually, it will stay on for an additional 2 hours. We hope this helps!
