“Can you use non Keurig pods with this model? I refuse to upgrade until you make a model that is compatible with all pods and not just your approved brands. It is disappointing because I can't use some of my favorite pods on the 2.0 models.”

We recommend you only use products with the “Keurig Brewed” seal with the Keurig Brewer as these meet the Keurig standards for taste, quality and safety and are tested to perform in the Keurig Brewer. We do not make or test the other brands. Also, using unapproved pods or accessories may decrease your brewer’s performance, overall life, and may affect its warranty.
