“Is the reservoir in this removable? Some models leave a bit of water in the bottom that you cannot not get out, then possibly mold can grow.”

Yes, you can remove the reservoir and empty it completely. I only have to do this on Friday when we leave for the weekend because we use it all the time otherwise.

Yes, the clear reservoir is removable. It's on the side, easy to lift up and out to clean and fill.
