“In roof venting mode, I can feel a lot of air coming out from the top of the microwave into the kitchen and is extremely loud. Is that normal and if not, how to stop it? (Geek Squad installed a damper and I changed around the front venting plates).”

Hi Sam, It may be normal for the unit to have air coming from it from the outside. In regards to the noise that I can say for sure. I would recommend to contact Customer service for assistance on the noise. We hope this help.
