“The existing microwave we have is hotpoint but it needs to be replaced and we have a KitchenAid stove so are trying to get an over the range Microwave to match. I measured 29 3/4" width and 14 1/2 height. What are the Dimensions for this model?”

The KitchenAid microwave we have is slightly over 29 3/4 wide, 18 deep, and 10 1/4 tall. It works great and is very nice. Be sure to mount it low enough to see inside it. That is important when taking out dishes with hot liquids. It has lots of space inside and is big enough for a 9 x 11 large pan. We have mounted ours under a cabinet - not above a stove. The fan works and is really strong! It is made for over the stove mount.
