Hello! This model does have a factory installed ice maker but you can just turn the ice maker off. It does not need to be used.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a simple on/off switch located beneath the ice maker itself so you can easily reach in and turn it off (no disassembly required). Then remove the ice bin to free up space on that pull out drawer and /or use it to contain something other than ice. Cheers
