• Not on back order, I just purchased one and it was delivered about a week later. Love the frig, had a scratch after delivery, but Best Buys made it good and replaced the door that was damaged. I would recommend Kitchenaid, My last one I had for 26 years and it was still running when we bought this new one. It was just starting to look bad !!
