“Can the stem holder or cup shelf be bought separately for this model? My older kitchenaid model had a stemware holder. Expected them in the new more expensive model. Should have been standard.”

• You have to upgrade 1 or 2 levels to get stemware holders. Even then you only get a couple. You might be able to get those holders a the Kitchen aid parts website.
