A 12" plate fits fine without impeding the upper washer arm. The clearance between the bottom rack and the washer arm is about 11.25" but the plates are at an angle when they rest on the bottom rack so 12" plates do not impede the upper washer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It should. We have 11" plates and have no issues with the middle rack at the lower level. I just raised the middle rack and 12" plates should still have extra room when in the raised position.
