“Can anyone please explain to me why the inside walls of the dishwasher and the bottom are always wet? I use ''Heat Dry'' and ''Extended heat Dry'' along with the detergents that are recommended: the Cascade Power Dry and Cascade Platinum. Thank you.”

• Angel, it is normal for some moisture to be inside the Dishwasher. We would recommend that you increase your rinse aid setting to dispense more rinse aid, as that will help the drying of the dishes. It can take up to 30 washes for the rinse aid to distribute inside of the Dishwasher and for you to notice a difference in the water left on the door and the walls. We hope this helps!
