“Specifications indicate that a power cord does not come with the dishwasher, if not, why do they not sell one with the product? Does Best Buy sell an appropriate power cord and if so what is the cost for the power cord?”

As far as I know it came with a power cord. My son installed it and I'm relatively sure we purchase anything extra.

As one home may have a 3-prong outlet set up and another has a 4-prong setup, or if an appliance has the ability to be directly wired, then no power cord is needed. This way a customer may provide what best fits the needs of their home needs. As well if a customer decides to direct wire the appliance instead of using a power cord.
