A:AnswerHello, for this model you would select the wash cycle you want to use on the left then on the right select the Top 2 Rack option and this will allow you to wash what is only on the top 2 racks. We hope this helps.
A:AnswerHi Me, The diffrences in those models are going to be doors and how you open them. One has a bar handle and the other one has a pocket handle. We hope this helps.
A:AnswerNot a big fan of it; would have preferred a small display inlay in the stainless without the black piece. There is a visible display when the cycle is running. I see no purpose other than to reduce the cost of materials.
A:AnswerHi Neal, the height of this model can be reduced to 33 1/2 " by removing the wheels and perforated area of insulation (blanket) on dishwasher. Please visit https://bit.ly/3htlz7X for more information.Thank you for your inquiry on our KitchenAid appliances.
A:AnswerHello! You will be able to locate a plastic clip on lower left side with tab. Please press tab in to rotate tines. If you are not going to run the Dishwasher for several days, running a rinse cycle will help from food particles getting caked on. Thank you for your inquiry on our KitchenAid appliances.
A:AnswerI have a different older model Kitchen-Aid dishwasher that makes a humming sound sometimes when I close the door, so I just click the cancel button when I hear the noise and it stops.
A:AnswerYes, the sales person confirmed it has adjustable feet. I was worried there would be a problem to install ours as we have a tile floor with concrete backer board installed and was concerned there would be a problem sliding the DW across the tile and under the granite counter top. No problems at all.
A:AnswerHello Beatle! We are terribly sorry to hear about your concern. We would recommend contacting KitchenAid® at 1(800)422-1230. We are available M - F 8 am to 6 pm est. They will be better able to assist you.
A:AnswerYes. the 604 has leak protection. The installer showed me the mechanism underneath the machine. I was very glad to know that I had it since the dishwasher I replaced was 24 years old and did not. When the old one was removed there was damage to the floor beneath it due to an appararently undetected leak from years ago and the subfloor had mold. I had to have the floor repaired before they could install my new dishwasher. I feel much better knowing this one has the leak protection.
A:AnswerHello cc, this unit does not have a preheat cycle. The water that comes into the Dishwasher comes directly from the hot water source in the home and should be at a temperature of 120 degrees. We hope this helps.
