remove it. Dispose of the contents and then replace the cup. To replace the cup, put into the opening and push down to lock in place.

I called them right back, texted three or four times, talked to the dispatcher etc... no return call or text or email. I'm so frustrated with Best Buy..... I cannot believe the lack of customer service. So, nothing against the dishwasher because I have yet to use or get it yet, but they have the systems in place to ask me to respond to a customer rather than their own people. COME ON BEST Buy .... if you want any return customers.. you can do better. I just finally went to the store and they couldn't even help me. Said their was a glich in their system... no appologies no help nothing. Horrible. Sorry just venting at terrible service.
