• You need to use the Normal cycle which turns on power dry to get a minimal dry...most dishes should be dry if there is no puddles in some dishes..

• I have this model and its brand new . Its dry when I open it . I do use the jet dry , maybe that will help .

• I have used mine a few times and am having the same issue. My last Kitchen aid dishwasher was a dream, I never had to use the heat to dry dishes... I am not happy having to use the heat dry to try to get rid of some of the wetness after the wash cycle is done. This dishwasher is definitely wet inside all the time.

• Hello, we usually run our dishwasher at night so the next day everything is dry more or less. Dishes are dry but inside of the machine is still wet but not too much.
