Can you fill large pot with water via the water dispenser? How big is the opening? null

There is no room to fill a large pot from the dispenser. Only enough room for a tall glass. Flow rate is very, and I mean very slow around 1.5 quarts per minute.

My smaller pots, up to about 7” diameter, fit. The pots I consider “large”, do not. The area where you fill the water is rounded. As you are looking at the door of the fridge, the shiny opening appears to have an 8.5” opening, but the molded black plastic interior of that space curves out immediately, so the effective opening is really just a smidge over 7”.

Hi Shopper, The dispenser is not designed to fit pots. We would recommend filling a glass and emptying it in the pot to make sure the pot does not scratch the appliance. We hope this helps.
