I don't think it would. I have a 30" doorway, and I took off the entire front of the fridge, all 5 doors, and it was a very tight fit. I don't think one less inch would work. IT measures just a tad under 29" without doors, but you have the power cord and a couple things that stick out the back. I'm thinking you'll need to remove trim pieces for this to fit.
