“Hi, I have this fridge. In the freezer compartment, there is the big main drawer, and two other slide rail drawers. The very top slide rail drawer, is it supposed to be able to slide all the way out? Mine can only slide half way, left rail gets stuck”

Mine doesn't roll all the way out on the top level either. I think that's a safety feature for not getting overloaded and breaking, or just being leaned on.
