QuestionHow do you configure/program the two custom presets for measured fill? I have calibrated. Changing units doesn’t count. From the overview, “Plus, two custom presets can be programmed for items you frequently fill like a coffee pot or water bottle.

- Answer Hello Nervous, I do not show any recalls or quality initiatives with this model. There is a Limited One Year Warranty - Parts and Labor. For one (1) year from the original retail purchase date on your receipt, any part which fails in normal home use will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You may refer to the Use and Care for any warranty details. (Additional warranties may apply on some models).

- Answer Aloha, No not at all!! We replaced our GE Profile with this fridge because of that reason. This fridge rocks Charlie! Do not do Samsung, LG or GE!

QuestionIs the water filter mandatory? I have a 5 stage RO system feeding my Frig, and it really irks me that my present frig "requires" an expensive water filter which eventually goes bad and needs to be replaced or else water/ice stop working....
