• You can chop almonds so cranberry’s no a problem

• The 3.5 Cup Mini Food Processor can be used for chopping uncooked cranberries.

• I believe you could. I have chopped chicken, apples and onions with no problem. I have a cranberry relish that I used frozen fresh cranberries and will do small amounts at a time. Very pleased with my purchase
