“Is the thickness of the pasta from the roller adjustable? If so, what's thickness range?”

• The roller adjusts through 7 levels, thinnest is about 1mm and thickest is closer to about 4mm.

• Hi Kitchen736, The pasta roller allows you to adjust the thickness from setting 1 or 2 for kneading and thinning dough, setting 3 Thick “kluski”-type noodles, setting 4 Egg noodles, setting 4 or 5 Lasagna noodles, fettuccine, spaghetti, and ravioli, setting 6 or 7 Tortellini, thin fettuccine, and linguini fini, setting 7 or 8 Very thin “angel-hair”-type pasta/capellini or very fine linguine.

• Yes, it is adjustable. I don't know the thicknesses in measurements, but pretty much from extremely thick to paper thin. You can almost see through the pasta at it's thinnest setting.
