Is it scratch resistant? null

I have not had it that long but most of the surface seems scratch resistant but i’m Careful to lift my pans not drag them. This cooktop does need cleaning with glass cooktop cleaning after every use but I imagine all glass cooktops do! There aren’t many choices for downdrafts that I was replacing.

Scratch resistant, maybe. Scratch proof, no way. You will see minor scratches with normal use, no avoiding from my perspective.
