Had a jennair . That unit was slightly smaller than the Kitchen aid - had a small gap after install with jennair but not with Kitchen Aid. Also my jennair was glass and the kitchen aid was stainless. Prefer stainless. Also the jennair cooktop was curved and pans could tip over if not placed right. Not an issue with the Kitchen Aid.
