Hello Princess, there is a gliding rack in this model. Yes, the Oven and the baking drawer can be used together. In case of prolonged power failure, the surface burners can be lit manually. Hold a lit match near a burner, and then turn knob counterclockwise to LITE. After burner lights, turn knob to desired setting. The oven and baking drawer cannot be lite during a power outage.
