“Lower oven does not heat. Checked the glowbar/igniter and it does not turn on at all? So do I need a new igniter or could it be something else.? Upper oven and all burners do work.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.May be a heat limit switch, it’s a safety device that may have failed. Other item may be your gas balance not opening. Look up those two items to see if this may be the issue. If you have a bolt meter you will be able to test these devices to ensure their operation or if they have failed. Best of luck
