• A:Answer Hello Sadie, To ensure proper ventilation for your refrigerator, allow for a 1/2" (1.25 cm) of space on each side and at the top. Allow for a 1" (2.54 cm) space behind the refrigerator. If your refrigerator has an ice maker, allow extra space at the back for the water line connections. When installing your refrigerator next to a fixed wall, leave a 33/4" (9.5 cm) minimum space between the refrigerator and wall to allow the door to swing open. • A:Answer I am having the exact same problem. There seems to be moisture between the freezer door and the gasket not the gasket and fridge. I have an appointment with ASI on Friday to diagnose the issue. I called Geek Squad and they replaced the fridge and the new one is doing it too. Let me know what KitchenAid does

Q: QuestionWhy is KRFF577KPS $1500 more than KRFF507HPS? I don’t see anything different in the specs. Second question—does KitchenAid require a water filter change every six months like GE. I’ve read that GE water stops working without a new filter…true?

Q: QuestionI plan to use the external reverse osmosis water filter and bypass the water filter inside the refrigerator. Does it work without the water filter? If not, where can I find the water bypass cap? I can only find type 4 bypass cap, this is a type 2.

Q: QuestionHow wide does the area need to be for the install? I have 28 inch and 31 inch entry areas into my kitchen. The area for the refrigerator fits but I am concerned about getting it into the kitchen. I understand the doors can be removed.
