- Answer Hi Maggs, Each burner has a different BTU the Center Rear Element-Burner Power 19,000 BTU, Left Front Element-Burner Power 9,100 BTU, Left Rear Element-Burner Power 9,100 BTU, Right Front Element-Burner Power 12,000 BTU, and Right Rear Element-Burner Power 5,000 BTU. We hope this helps.

- Answer Its not hard to keep clean. Wipe it with a damp cloth and its beautiful. One little hiccup would be having to remove both outer grates to lift the center one since they lock together. Minor inconvenience for me.
