QuestionHow low will the gas go on simmer? Is it a true simmer?

- Answer I have found that since there are three burner disk sizes, the simmers are at different temperatures.

QuestionIs the storage drawer suppose to get hot when using the oven? My cookie sheets and other items get to hot to touch in the drawer when the oven is in use.

- Answer I don't know if it's supposed to get that hot, but I went to grab a cookie sheet from the drawer today and it was so hot that I blistered 2 of my fingers. I've never had that happen with any other stoves I've had.
