“Is the height measurement of 36" (adjustable to 37) the top of the unit only, or does it include the height to the top of the cast iron grates? I'm wondering what the maximum height is including the grates. Thanks”

Hi ClaudiaH, This unit including the grates is 37 3/16" in height. With the leveling legs it can be adjusted to raise an additional 1 1/2". We hope this helps.
