“Can the middle burner be used for a griddle to be purchased separately? One person said it is for two side burners but I am concerned about even heat. Please advise. Thank you.”

• Hello Gin! You can use the middle burner but you will only be able to use the middle area of the Griddle for cooking. It will not heat the whole griddle.
