- Answer Hello Robert, we do have a Range top model KCGC506JSS that does not have the cook sheild. The other 36 model we have do have this. We hope this helps.

- Answer First, If you haven't already bought the oven, DON'T. See reviews about chipping and flaking enamel.. But, to increase the temp, enter the new temp, then Start for Upper/Lower

- Answer Bebe, In case of a prolonged power failure, the surface burners cannot be lit manually on model KFDD500ESS. No attempt should be made to operate the appliance during a power failure.
