QuestionIs there a $30 rebate on the Artisan series?I've seen at other websites and advertisements that there is a $30.00 rebate from KitchenAid on the Artisan series mixer. I have not seen a notice anywhere on BestBuy about the rebate. Is it still available or has BestBuy incorporated the rebate in their sale price?

- Answer Make sure your mixing bowl is properly seated on the mixer stand. If the wires still make contact, perhaps the wires are misshaped. It could happen in shipping or unpacking if mishandled. Over time products may become damaged through regular use as well. If your product is new, I recommend returning to where it was purchased and ask to compare it with another prior to getting an exchange.
