Question2 questions: Do I need the app to do simple things like check the timer, see the temperature etc? And second, does that app have to be either an Alexa or Google app? I hate both. Though I probably hate Alexa more.

QuestionDoes the stainless steel finish match the stainless steel print shield finish? I am purchasing multiple appliances and want to them to look good together. Most KitchenAid refrigerators and dishwashers have the print shield but this range does not.

- Answer YES!! our new oven had an "explosion" the week before christmas while cooking beef tenderloin. The oven made a "pop" sound and the borrow of the oven, the porcelain cracked, one of the 2 oven lites popped off and the back ss vented is discolored from the heat!

QuestionHave bought this range twice and had to return the igniter on the stove top will not stop ticking is this a common problem? Is there some easy fix?

- Answer We just purchased and installed this range. Your range hood will need to be 36” and it will have to be rated at a minimum of 585 CFM of airflow due to the high BTUs. The most common CFM rating is 400, so you will need to be sure that you find a more commercial-grade one rated at 600 CFM.
