How do you set the temperature for bake, mine only says 350 and I need 425, I've turned knob but nothing null

It comes on at 350 as its a common setting. Push the knob and can change temp, push again and you can set the time...

You can push the knob to select your option and then turn the dial. 
Set the oven to bake, turn the knob to select temp, push the button in and it will switch to the time. Then the dial to select the time and hit start. Same goes for air fry and toast, and other.

You can change the temperature by pushing the button (knob) when the temperature is displayed and turning it quickly. It’s takes deliberate movement to change the temperature so you have to turn the knob pretty fast. It’s hard to explain but turning it will change it. Then pushing on the knob to display the cooking time enables you to change the time too. Then press start. I love this oven snd hope you will too when you get this figured out.
